Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Belarus, Poland, Ukraine, Moldavia, European Russia
(including all North Caucasus administrative units), and Western Kazakhstan (Ural and Atyrau Regions).
